A code or a link
Read out 9 digits on a call, or send an invite link (optionally for one email address). Works for colleagues and for customers outside your organization.
Remote support and screen sharing built into Passkey-X. Read out a 9-digit code, send an invite link, or click a company computer. The person on the other side sees who you are and chooses: view only, control, or no. Many people can watch one screen. Video and input go straight between the devices, end-to-end encrypted.

Computers with the Passkey-X app appear for your technicians. The person accepts each time, or, on Windows computers where both your organization and the computer turned it on, you connect unattended.
Up to 25 people in a session. Viewers on computers forward the video to a few others, so even a laptop on home Wi-Fi can show its screen to a whole team. One person controls at a time.
Peer to peer first. The person controlling gets the most bandwidth and the newest frame; text stays sharp while you read, motion stays smooth while you scroll. A relay takes over only when a network blocks direct connections.
Windows, macOS and Linux with the desktop app; Android shares its screen and can be controlled through an opt-in accessibility service. Watch and control from any browser, including on your phone.
Nothing is shared until the person allows it. A bar stays on top of every window with who is connected, Pause and Stop. The Passkey-X window is hidden from the video and the vault locks while someone controls.
Every connection message is signed with a key made for the session on each device, so not even the relay can slip someone in. Both sides can compare a security code.
Use the Passkey-X relay, your own TURN server, or direct connections only. Always going through the relay hides everyone's IP address.
Who connected to which device, for how long and with what access is in the audit log and your SIEM. Create invites and end sessions from your helpdesk with the Organization API.
Buy Remote seats for the people who help others (Professional includes 1, Enterprise 2). Viewers and the people being helped need no seat.
The person enters it in Passkey-X on their computer or phone, sees who you are, and picks view only or control.
Control, type, send keys like Ctrl+Shift+Esc, chat, and let a colleague watch. Either side ends it in one click.
Per technician seat, on any plan: one seat for each person who helps others. People who only watch a shared screen, and the people being helped, are free. Each seat is $15 a month ($150 a year). Professional includes 1 seat, for the IT freelancer who helps clients, and Enterprise includes 2.
If your organization turns it on. The person on the device allows or declines each recording and sees a red Recording sign. The video and the chat are saved end-to-end encrypted in a vault you pick and use your storage (storage packs add more); Passkey-X can't watch them.
No. You accept every session yourself, unless your organization turned on unattended access and your own computer allows it too (Windows). A bar on top of every window always shows who is connected, and you can stop it.
No. Video and input travel end-to-end encrypted between the devices (WebRTC, DTLS-SRTP). A relay only forwards encrypted packets. The server keeps who was in a session, never the video.
Yes. Send a code or an invite link. They need a free Passkey-X account, see your name, email and organization, and decide on their own device. Outside devices are never reachable unattended.
The desktop app on Windows, macOS and Linux (X11) can be seen and controlled; Android shares its screen and can be controlled with the opt-in Remote control service. Any modern browser can watch and control, and share its screen for viewing.
