Forgot your vault password

Unlock with your recovery key, or ask your organisation for help.

Steps

1. 1

   On the Unlock screen choose Use recovery key.

   Open the recovery key file you downloaded during setup and paste the key.

3. 3

   Choose a new vault password. Your items stay exactly as they were.

4. 4

   If your company turned on organisation recovery, choose Ask my organization for help instead. An administrator verifies it is you and gives you a one-time code.
