Give new people their vaults automatically (onboarding bundles)
On Business, shared vaults follow the department, team or group a person is in.
Steps
Open Admin console › Vaults & sharing › Bundles & guests and choose New bundle.
Pick the shared vaults, View or Edit for each, and Use only where people should not see the passwords.
Under Who gets it, add Everyone, a department, team, group or person, then Save bundle.
When someone joins, moves or leaves (by hand or through SSO/SCIM), their vaults follow. Vaults you shared by hand are never taken away.
New people receive the encrypted vault key from an admin's app: choose Deliver keys when the panel says keys are waiting.
Good to know
- When someone leaves, use When someone leaves on the same screen to see which shared vaults they could open, then change those passwords.
