Roll out Passkey-X to your team
See who has finished setting up, nudge the rest and keep a record.
Steps
Open Admin console › Home › Setup & rollout.
Work through the checklist: invite your people (a CSV spreadsheet works for many at once), then on Business require two-step verification and turn on employee breach checks.
Check Where everyone is. Each person shows as Not started, Signed in, Using the vault or Fully set up, with their next step.
Choose Copy reminder and send it to anyone who has not finished.
Choose Download CSV or Print or save as PDF to keep a record for yourself or your auditors.
Good to know
- Admins see only setup status and totals. Nobody in your organisation can see another person's passwords.
