Invite an outside guest (contractor, client, auditor)

Give someone outside your team access to one shared vault for a limited time.

Steps

1. 1

   Switch to the shared vault, then in Invite a verified member choose Who is this? › External guest.

2. 2

   Choose View or Edit, when their access ends (up to 12 months) and, if you like, Use only.

3. 3

   Send them the link. Before they can accept, they must turn on two-step verification or add a passkey.

4. 4

   Guests see only the vaults they were invited to and never the rest of the organization. They don't use a paid seat.

   Change an end date or end access now in Admin console › Vaults & sharing › Bundles & guests.
